ACH cutoff: typically 4:00 PM Eastern

The key time to know for outgoing ACH payments from Truss:

When you submitWhen it arrives
Before 4:00 PM ET on a business daySame business day
After 4:00 PM ET or on weekend/holidayNext business day

Heads up: ACH does not process on federal bank holidays or weekends. A payment submitted Friday evening will go out Monday morning.

Tip: The date shown in Truss for a completed transfer is when Truss posted the payment on our end — not necessarily when funds appear in your external bank. Your external bank may take an additional business day to make the funds available after the post date.

Standard ACH transfer timing

Standard ACH transfers from Truss to your external bank are available same business day if submitted before the cutoff (typically 4:00 PM ET). After the cutoff, expect next business day.

Instant transfer timing

Instant transfers push to your debit card and are usually available within minutes — 24/7, including weekends.
