How to find a missing Truss code or message
Check your spam folders for texts and emails from Truss.
If a Truss code, text, or email didn't arrive, check your spam folder first.
What to look for
Look for a text that starts with Truss verification code.
Don't tap Report Spam. It deletes the text and can stop future codes from reaching you.
Don't share your code with anyone Truss will never ask for it by phone, text, or email.
Check your texts
iPhone
- Open Messages.
- Tap the filter button in the top right. On older iOS, tap Filters in the top left.
- Tap Spam.
- Open the Truss text and tap Not Spam.
If the menu shows Unknown Senders, check there too.

Android with Google Messages
- Open Messages.
- Tap your profile photo or initials. On older versions, tap More options instead.
- Tap Spam & blocked.
- Open the Truss text and tap Unblock.

Android with Samsung Messages
Samsung is replacing this app with Google Messages. If your phone has already switched, use the steps above.
- Open Samsung Messages.
- Tap More options (three dots), then Settings.
- Tap Block numbers and spam, then Blocked messages.
- If the Truss number is blocked, go back to Block numbers and remove it.

Check your email
Sign-in emails come from notifications@auth.trusspayments.com.
- Open the Spam or Junk folder in the email account you gave Truss.
- Search for "Truss".
- Mark the email as Not spam so the next one lands in your inbox.
Don't share your code with anyone Truss will never ask for it by phone, text, or email.
Troubleshooting
Wrong phone number or email
Check the phone number or email for typos. If it's wrong, update it in your account. If a business sent you an invoice, ask them to confirm the contact details they entered.
Still can't find it
Wait a few minutes and request a new code. For an invoice, ask the business to send it again. If nothing arrives, email support@trusspayments.com with the phone number or email you used.
