Connect Truss with Your CRM (Buildertrend, Jobber, ServiceTitan, etc.)

On this page

If you use a CRM or project management tool like Buildertrend, Jobber, ServiceTitan, or similar, you can sync invoices and bills with Truss through QuickBooks Online. No direct Truss–CRM connection is required.

How the sync works

  1. Connect your CRM to QuickBooks Online (QBO) — most major platforms support this natively
  2. Connect Truss to QBO (Settings > Integrations > QuickBooks)
  3. When you create an invoice or bill in your CRM, it syncs into QBO
  4. QBO syncs the invoice/bill into Truss
  5. Truss sends your customer a payment link and processes the payment
  6. Truss marks the transaction as paid in QBO
  7. QBO syncs the paid status back to your CRM

No manual reconciliation needed — everything stays in sync automatically.

If you're not using QuickBooks Online

You can still use Truss directly for invoicing. You may also connect via Zapier for some CRM integrations. Contact support@trusspayments.com for setup help.
