How do spending limits work — can I change them?

Spending limits are set by the account admin per team member and reset on a monthly cycle. Virtual cards and physical cards have separate limits. Admins can adjust any card limit any time in Settings → Team Members → select member → edit limit. If a purchase exceeds the limit, the card declines — the team member should ask their admin to raise the limit before retrying.
